If you are unsure what you need, tell us about your situation through Case Assessment. We can establish whether we can assist and explain the next step.
Choose the support you need
I need advice before deciding what to do
Our Personal Consultation is for people who want individual advice about an agreed UK immigration route and the questions affecting their next step.
You receive one hour with an IAA-regulated adviser, followed by personalised written advice. We explain the relevant requirements, how they relate to the information you provide and any matters that still need to be established.
£250, including written advice emailed within three working days after your consultation.
The consultation focuses on advice. Reviewing supporting evidence and preparing an application are separate services.
I have prepared my application and want it reviewed
Our Application and Document Review is for people who have selected their route, completed their application and assembled their supporting documents.
We assess the application and evidence against the relevant requirements, explaining what the material demonstrates and what needs further attention. You receive written feedback and remain responsible for making changes, obtaining further evidence and submitting your application.
£550, payable upfront. Written feedback within three working days after we receive payment and the complete application and document pack required for the review.
Additional work and second checks are agreed and charged separately.

I want help preparing and submitting my application
Our Full Representation service brings together assessment, advice, a tailored application plan, evidence review, preparation and submission.
We create a document checklist for your circumstances, examine the evidence, check consistency across the application material and prepare the agreed supporting letters. An IAA-regulated adviser personally oversees the case.
The service also includes reviewing and explaining the Home Office’s response and your next steps. Additional casework after submission is agreed separately.
For private client applications, fixed professional fees start at £1,200. Home Office fees and third-party costs are separate.
I need immigration support for my business
You may be considering a sponsor licence, planning to recruit an overseas worker or seeking support with an existing sponsorship responsibility.
Tell us about your business, the proposed role or issue, and any relevant deadline. We can identify the work required and explain the appropriate business service, scope and fee.
Unsure which service is right for you?
You do not need to choose a service before contacting us.
Our guided Case Assessment helps us understand your objective, current immigration position and the support you are looking for. Include any previous applications, refusals or important dates that may affect your enquiry.
This is the initial enquiry stage. We explain whether we can help and how any paid advice or casework would be arranged. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to paid work.
Why Knightsbridge Immigration?
Your circumstances should shape the advice you receive. We begin with what you want to achieve, examine the relevant facts and explain how the requirements affect the work you need.
You should understand the reasons behind a recommendation. Where information is missing, evidence needs attention or the available material does not support a firm conclusion, we explain the issue and what needs resolving.
Our advice and casework are overseen by an IAA-regulated adviser. We establish whether the matter falls within our authorised scope before accepting the work. Where another appropriately authorised professional is needed, we explain the next step.
We also make the service boundaries clear. You know what the agreed work includes, what you need to provide and how the fee and payment arrangements work before proceeding.
What happens after you contact us?
1. We understand your enquiry
Tell us what you want to achieve, how far you have progressed and the question or difficulty you need help with. We may ask for further information to establish which service is appropriate.
2. We explain the proposed work
If we can assist, we explain the scope, professional fee, relevant additional costs and expected arrangements. You can consider the proposal and ask questions before deciding to proceed.
3. We agree how work will begin
Once you choose to proceed, we confirm the instructions, payment arrangements and information required for the service. Work begins in accordance with those agreed arrangements.
If a deadline is approaching, give us the exact date when you first enquire so we can assess whether we can assist within the time available.
