Plan your visit to our Jewellery Quarter office
Our Birmingham office provides a place to discuss your UK immigration circumstances with an adviser and understand the support available.
You may need an initial assessment of your options or a longer appointment to work through a specific question. Arranging the appropriate consultation in advance helps you make useful progress when you arrive.
This is a particularly busy location. We advise booking ahead, as walk-in appointments are limited.
Our office team will welcome you on arrival.

Choose the consultation you need
Free 15-minute Case Assessment
Free consultations last 15 minutes and are strictly subject to availability. We advise advance contact.
Use this time to explain your circumstances, your intended outcome and any immediate concern. You do not need documents ready for this first enquiry. We ask the relevant questions and establish whether we can assist. Where detailed advice or further work is appropriate, we explain the proposed next step.
Because availability is limited, please call before travelling if you specifically want a free assessment.
Booked one-hour consultation
A one-hour consultation provides time for a more detailed discussion within an agreed scope. These appointments are usually paid for in advance.
When booking, explain the question or decision you want help with. We will discuss what the consultation includes, its cost and any information needed beforehand.
Booking an hour does not automatically include preparation or submission of an application. Any subsequent work is explained and agreed separately.

Bring your paperwork and send it ahead where possible
For a paid consultation, bring the relevant documents with you and send whatever you can in advance.
This helps the adviser prepare for the agreed discussion. If you want advice about a letter or decision, provide the complete correspondence where possible, including any deadline.
Do not assume you need to send every document you hold. Explain your enquiry when booking, and we can identify what would be useful.
If records are unavailable, tell us which information is missing. We can discuss how that affects the advice possible during the appointment.
Prices and responsibilities made clear
Before you proceed with paid work, we explain the scope, fees and responsibilities.
You should understand who will handle the matter, what information is needed from you and what happens next. If additional work becomes necessary, we discuss the proposed cost before undertaking it.
Where your enquiry needs support outside our authorised scope, we make that clear.
Speak with us online instead
