Build the next stage of your immigration career with Knightsbridge
Once you have experience in immigration advice, career decisions become less about getting your first opportunity and more about finding the right environment in which to practise.
You may already be an IAA-regulated immigration adviser. You may have experience managing your own caseload. You may be working within a wider legal or immigration practice and want more room to develop, contribute and work with a brand focused specifically on immigration.
Knightsbridge Immigration is interested in speaking with experienced immigration advisers who want to be part of a reputable, regulated practice and who share our approach to careful case preparation, clear advice and professional client service.
A practice built around immigration work
Immigration is not an add-on service for Knightsbridge. It is the work we do.
That matters because experienced advisers usually do not need somebody to teach them the basics. They need the right environment around them. Good systems. A professional brand clients can trust. Sensible processes. People with whom difficult issues can be discussed. A practice where the quality of the work matters.
Our aim is to build an environment where capable advisers can do good immigration work and continue developing rather than feeling they have reached the limit of what their current position can offer.
What we look for
Sound professional judgement
Knowing the Immigration Rules is important. Knowing when a case needs closer analysis is equally important. We are interested in advisers who can recognise risk, identify evidence gaps, manage client expectations and know when something needs to be escalated or sits outside their competence or authorisation.
Strong client care
Clients do not judge an adviser only by whether a form was completed correctly. They remember whether somebody listened, explained the position properly, communicated when they said they would and gave them confidence that the matter was being managed carefully.
That standard matters to us.
A willingness to contribute
We want experienced advisers who see themselves as part of a practice rather than simply somebody processing files.
That might mean sharing knowledge, improving processes, supporting developing colleagues, identifying ways to improve client service or contributing expertise in an area of immigration where you have developed particular strength.
What Knightsbridge can offer
The exact opportunity will depend on your experience, authorisation, areas of work and how you want to develop.
We are open to conversations with advisers who want to handle immigration casework within an established IAA-regulated environment and with professionals interested in playing a longer-term role as Knightsbridge continues to grow.
Depending on the role, there may be opportunities for greater responsibility, collaboration, professional development and involvement in how the practice develops its services.
We also understand that experienced advisers value professional autonomy. Our objective is not to create unnecessary layers around good advisers. It is to maintain clear standards, good systems and appropriate oversight while allowing capable people to use their judgement.
Who should contact us?
We would be interested in hearing from:
- IAA-regulated immigration advisers;
- advisers working towards a higher level of authorisation;
- experienced immigration caseworkers working within appropriate supervision;
- solicitors or other authorised immigration professionals interested in specialist immigration work; and
- advisers with particular expertise who want to explore how that experience could fit within Knightsbridge.
Any opportunity will depend on the role, regulatory position, experience and needs of the practice.
Start a conversation
You do not need to send us a lengthy formal application at the first stage. Tell us your current role, level of authorisation, main areas of immigration experience and what you are looking for next. If there appears to be a good fit, we can take the conversation from there.

If you care about good immigration work, professional standards and building something for the long term, we would be interested to hear from you.
