A private appointment to discuss your overseas move
Relocating internationally can involve several decisions at once. You may be considering an employment opportunity, planning a business move or deciding whether a destination will work for your family.
Our Leeds office provides a private setting for a booked consultation about your plans and the questions that need attention.
Appointments last one hour and must be booked and paid for in advance. We do not offer walk-in appointments at this location.
Online consultations are also available. You can choose the arrangement that best suits the discussion you need to have.

Accessibility and arrangements for your visit
The building provides step-free access, lifts, accessible toilets and seating. Consultations take place in private meeting rooms.
If someone will accompany you, tell us when booking. This allows us to discuss the arrangements and their role in the consultation, including any relevant consent or confidentiality considerations.
Please also tell us if you require language support or an interpreter. Suitable arrangements, availability and any associated costs should be discussed before the appointment.
Explaining your needs in advance helps us prepare for the meeting and make the visit more comfortable.
International relocation support
Our Leeds location specialises in international relocation.
You may be exploring several destinations or already have a country in mind. Either way, the starting point is the life you want to build and the circumstances of everyone involved.
Tell us why you are moving, how you intend to support yourself, who will accompany you and what commitments you expect to retain in the UK.
Residence, employment, business activity and family arrangements may require different assessments. Tax, property and financial questions may also need input from appropriately qualified professionals.
We explain the scope of work we can undertake and identify where destination-specific or other specialist advice is required.
Explore the destination before committing
Our relocation pages provide starting points for people considering Dubai and the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Singapore and Hong Kong.
A destination should be considered alongside your intended work, household needs and longer-term plans. A promising job offer may still leave questions about your partner’s position or arrangements for children.
Use the consultation to explain what is confirmed, what remains undecided and which answers you need before proceeding.

Make the most of your booked hour
For a paid consultation, send whatever relevant paperwork you can in advance and bring it with you.
Depending on the agreed discussion, this may include an employment offer, correspondence, details of a proposed business arrangement or information about the family members moving with you.
Explain any documents that are missing. We can discuss what can be assessed with the information available and what may need further investigation.
Prepare a short outline of your priorities. For example, you may want to establish which questions need answering before accepting an offer or arranging accommodation. The consultation has an agreed scope. Any application work, coordination or further specialist assessment is discussed separately.
Continue the work without repeated travel
Most ongoing work is handled online. You will not usually need to travel to Leeds outside your booked appointments. Communication by telephone, email and WhatsApp allows you to provide information and keep in touch as the agreed work progresses.
Call 020 4621 5711 and ask for the Leeds office to arrange a one-hour consultation. Appointments must be booked and paid for in advance.
