Before your consultation

For a paid consultation, bring your relevant paperwork and send whatever you can in advance. This gives the adviser an opportunity to prepare and helps you make useful progress during the meeting.

If documents are missing, explain what is unavailable. You can still make your first enquiry with the information you have.

Please confirm your appointment and arrival instructions before travelling to any of our office locations.

Begin online if that suits you

Most ongoing work can be handled remotely, so you will not usually need to return to an office outside your appointments.

Request your Free Case Assessment or call your preferred office to discuss a consultation. We will explain the appropriate next step and any fees before you proceed.
