Private Client Services

UK immigration advice and representation for individuals and families. Explore our services, fees and the right support for your next step.

Your Immigration Journey

Your immigration plans may involve joining family, continuing your career, studying or making the UK your long-term home. The support you need will depend on your circumstances and how much of the work you want an adviser to manage.

Knightsbridge provides immigration advice, application preparation and focused review services for individuals and families. You can ask us to manage your application, advise on a particular route, review work you have prepared or help you understand a previous refusal.

If you are unsure where to begin, tell us about your circumstances through our Case Assessment.

Full Representation

For clients who want their assessment, advice, evidence review and application preparation managed together.

We assess your circumstances and create an application plan and personalised document checklist. We review your evidence, check the consistency of the information, prepare the application and supporting letters, and manage document uploads, biometric appointment booking where required, and submission.

When the Home Office responds, we review and explain the response or decision and your next steps. Additional casework is agreed separately.

Your fixed fee is confirmed before you instruct us, with 50% payable when signing the client care letter and 50% before submission.

Personal Consultation

For clients who need advice before deciding how to proceed.

Your one-hour consultation is led by an IAA-regulated adviser and focuses on the agreed immigration route and your circumstances. You receive personalised written advice by email, in PDF format, within three working days after the appointment.

The consultation uses relevant identity and immigration background records. It does not include reviewing your supporting evidence pack or preparing an application.

Payment is made when booking. You can use the consultation as a standalone service.

Refusal Analysis

For clients who want to understand why an application was refused and what to consider next.

We examine the Home Office refusal letter and the documents relevant to the agreed refusal grounds. The review focuses on those issues rather than auditing the whole application.

You receive written findings and advice on next steps within three working days after full payment and all required documents have been received. Refusals involving several overlapping issues may require a broader review, which we quote before work begins.

If Knightsbridge provided Full Representation for the application concerned, this refusal analysis is already included.

Application and Document Review

For clients who have prepared their application and want an adviser to examine it before they submit.

We review your completed application form and supporting document pack against the relevant Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance. The review considers what the evidence establishes and identifies gaps or points requiring attention.

You receive written feedback within three working days after full payment and the complete required documents have been received.

This service does not include a comprehensive consistency check across every document. You remain responsible for making corrections and submitting the application. The fee covers one review; further work or a second check is quoted separately.

Get Home Office Data

For clients who need information from their previous dealings with the Home Office.

You may be looking for an old application, decision letter, interview record or a clearer record of your immigration history.

We identify the appropriate subject access request, prepare and submit it, deal with routine correspondence and provide the disclosed records securely. The £120 fee covers one request managed through to disclosure.

If you want advice on what the records mean for your circumstances, we can agree a separate review.

Why Knightsbridge?

An IAA-regulated adviser personally oversees your case

Your case receives professional oversight from an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority. Assessment, advice and the important judgements about your application remain part of that professional responsibility.

You can meet our team before making an enquiry.

Your circumstances shape the preparation

For Full Representation, we build the application around your circumstances. Your immigration history, family arrangements, employment and available evidence determine what needs to be established.

Your application plan, document checklist and supporting letters are prepared specifically for your case. We explain why information is needed and raise questions when something requires clarification.

That gives you a clear purpose behind the preparation and a practical understanding of your part in it.

Advice explains what matters and what to do next

Understanding an immigration requirement is only useful if you can see how it applies to you.

Our advice and review services explain the relevant issues, what your evidence establishes and what needs attention. Written advice or feedback gives you a record you can refer to when deciding what to do next.

Where an answer depends on missing information or further work, we explain that uncertainty.

You know the scope and fee before proceeding

We explain the work included, the information we need from you and the professional fee before you instruct us.

Once we quote a fixed fee for the agreed work, we honour it. If you need a separate service or additional work, we explain its scope and agree the fee before proceeding.

You can choose focused advice or review where that meets your needs, or Full Representation where you want preparation and submission managed together.

You can work with us wherever you are

Most of our casework is managed online, with communication through WhatsApp, email or telephone.

Online consultations offer flexible access to an adviser. In-person appointments are also available, subject to the days, times and locations offered.

You do not need to live near our offices to use our services.

Specialist help is available where needed

If your matter requires work outside our authorised scope, we explain this and can offer an introduction to a specialist solicitor.

You decide whether to engage that firm. It will confirm its own scope, fee and client care arrangements.

Start with a Case Assessment

Tell us what you want to achieve, your current immigration position, any previous application or refusal, and any deadline you are working towards.

Our Case Assessment helps us understand your enquiry and identify an appropriate next step. We explain whether we can assist and how any paid work would be scoped and priced before you decide to instruct us.
