Keeping your sponsored workforce organised means knowing which records need updating, when permission is due to expire and whether a change at work needs immigration attention.
Knightsbridge provides ongoing sponsor compliance and immigration-related HR support for licensed employers. We maintain records, monitor visa dates, send reminders and make agreed reports through the Sponsorship Management System (SMS). Your team can access information through an online dashboard and contact your Client Success Manager by email.
£15 per sponsored worker per month. Monthly payment by Direct Debit. No minimum contract term, with one month’s notice to cancel.
You choose how many sponsored workers to include. Businesses with 25 or more staff can receive an individual quote at a reduced rate.
Tell us about your sponsored workforce and the support you need. We will explain the service, confirm the workers covered and establish the monthly fee before you instruct us.
Who this service is for
This service is for employers with a sponsor licence who want practical help managing the immigration responsibilities connected with their sponsored workers.
You may have one sponsored employee and handle administration yourself, or an HR team responsible for a larger workforce. You may want help maintaining records, monitoring important dates or understanding what action a workplace change requires.
Our HR support focuses on immigration records, sponsor duties and related processes. It works alongside the people responsible for managing your employees and business.
What your monthly service includes
An initial review of your arrangements
We begin by reviewing your existing arrangements and the relevant information for the sponsored workers you want us to support.
This helps us understand how records and updates are currently managed, identify points needing attention and establish how we will work with your team.
The initial review establishes the starting point for ongoing support. A formal Immigration & HR Audit is a separate service.
Maintaining sponsored-worker records
We maintain the immigration records for the workers covered by your agreement, using the information and documents supplied to us.
As circumstances change, those records need to reflect the current position. We help keep them updated and identify missing information or points requiring clarification during our ongoing work.
Your business remains an essential source of information about the employment itself. We explain what we need from you so the records we maintain reflect what is happening in practice.
Monitoring visa dates and sending reminders
We monitor visa dates and send reminders so your team can consider the next steps and allow time for any preparation required.
A reminder may prompt a discussion about continuing sponsorship, a further application or a change in the worker’s circumstances. We help identify the relevant next step within the agreed support.
Preparing a new Certificate of Sponsorship or visa application is separately instructed and charged.
Advice on changes affecting sponsored workers
Changes to a worker’s duties, salary or working location can raise immigration questions. Your team can seek guidance on what needs considering and whether a report or another step may be required.
The value is in understanding the proposed change before deciding what to do. For example, a change of role may need assessment beyond updating the employer’s records.
Where possible, tell us about planned changes before they take effect. If something has already happened, provide the details promptly.
Agreed SMS reporting
We prepare and make agreed reports through our own authorised SMS account where Knightsbridge has been properly appointed with the necessary access.
Where your business’s authorised Level 1 user carries out the reporting, we advise and guide that person through the agreed task. They use their own account to complete the necessary actions.
We establish who will perform each step so your team understands the reporting arrangements.
Access to an online dashboard
Your business can access relevant sponsored-worker information through an online dashboard.
This gives your team a place to refer to the relevant information as part of its ongoing work with Knightsbridge. Questions and updates can be raised with your Client Success Manager by email.
Support for your team and your sponsored workers
Email contact with your Client Success Manager
Your Client Success Manager is your email contact for the service. They coordinate communications, information requests and the agreed work.
Immigration advice and professional judgements are overseen by an IAA-regulated adviser. This gives your business a clear contact point alongside appropriate professional oversight.
When you contact us, explain any relevant deadline or proposed employment change so its timing can be considered.
Priority support for sponsored workers
Sponsored workers covered by the service can contact Knightsbridge directly for priority support.
They also receive discounted professional fees when they instruct us for additional services while they remain employed by the same business. This includes further visa application work where appropriate.
We explain the additional service and confirm the discounted fee before the worker decides to instruct us. A discount does not make that application work part of the employer’s monthly subscription.
Monthly fees
Our standard fee is £15 per sponsored worker per month.
| Sponsored workers included | Monthly fee at the standard rate |
|---|---|
| 1 worker | £15 |
| 5 workers | £75 |
| 10 workers | £150 |
| 20 workers | £300 |
You choose how many sponsored workers to include, and we confirm which workers the agreement covers.
For businesses with 25 or more staff, we provide an individual quote at a reduced rate. Tell us about the size of your business and sponsored workforce when you enquire.
Knightsbridge is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our professional fees.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is collected monthly by Direct Debit.
There is no minimum contract term. You can cancel by giving one month’s notice.
We confirm the service scope, workers covered, monthly fee and payment arrangements before the service begins.
Services charged separately
The monthly fee covers the ongoing support described above. The following services are separately scoped and charged:
- CoS allocation requests and assignments.
- Formal Immigration & HR Audits.
- Structured SMS training.
- Worker visa applications.
Our CoS Allocations & Assignments service explains the request and assignment work available to employers.
Any further instruction is agreed before that work begins. Applicable Home Office fees and third-party costs are separate from our professional fees.
How we work with your business
Your business remains responsible for meeting its sponsor duties. Our role is to support the agreed record-keeping, monitoring, advice and reporting work.
We need complete and accurate information, relevant documents and prompt notification of changes. Keeping the records current depends on knowing when something has changed.
Tell us about relevant developments affecting a covered worker, including changes in their employment or immigration position. Do not wait for a routine review to raise a matter with an approaching deadline.
We explain the action needed within our agreed service and identify when a separate instruction or specialist input is required.
Why Knightsbridge?
Practical work alongside professional advice
Your team receives help maintaining records, monitoring dates and completing agreed reports, together with advice on the immigration questions those tasks raise.
We connect the information to the decision that needs making. That helps your team understand why a change matters and what to do next.
Clear contact and visibility
Email access to your Client Success Manager and information through your online dashboard give your business a clear way to work with us.
Sponsored workers also have direct access to priority support, with discounted fees for additional services while they remain employed by the same business.
A service you can size around your workforce
The price is linked to the number of sponsored workers you include, with reduced rates individually quoted for larger employers.
You can see the recurring cost, understand which additional services are charged separately and decide whether the arrangement fits your business.
You can meet our team before making an enquiry.
Arrange ongoing compliance support
Tell us about your sponsor licence, the size of your workforce, how many sponsored workers you want to include and any immediate concerns.
Our initial Case Assessment enquiry helps us establish whether this service fits your needs. We explain the proposed support, monthly fee and arrangements before you decide to proceed.
